About Us

At Little Hands Pre-school/Childcare in Wasilla, AK, we believe in providing quality care for young children in an environment designed to encourage children to learn through developmental and age-appropriate practices. It has been our experience that all children learn the tools for success through play. With this in mind, our goals are to build self-esteem and independence, while fostering curiosity and creativity. We hope to bring both parents and teachers together in partnership to help the child develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

 

Above all, our greatest service will be to provide a consistent, caring environment during the most critical developmental years of the young lives that have been entrusted to us. Such consistency lies at the very core of the ability to ensure quality. This requires that we maintain a clean, safe, and loving environment and that we evaluate our progress.
